Tuscany Day 1 : Departure (Sunday, May 3rd, 2026)
The adventure begins! We take our international flight from Miami to Florence Airport (FLR). This overnight journey sets us on the path to the stunning Italian countryside.
Day 2: Villa & Florence Hills (Monday, May 4th, 2026)
We arrive in Florence in the afternoon. Our airport transportation meets us to whisk us directly through the beautiful Tuscan hills and to our luxurious private villa. We settle in and are welcomed to Italy with a spectacular chef-prepared kosher dinner.
Day 3: The Vineyards and the Palio (Tuesday, May 5th,2026)
Our adventure begins in the rolling hills of Chianti. We’ll journey to the region’s only kosher winery for an exclusive wine tasting & authentic Tuscan lunch, sampling the rich flavors of Tuscany. From there, we step back in time to the medieval wonder of Siena, tracing its ancient walls and uncovering its unique Jewish Heritage alongside its famed cityscape.
Day 4: Pisa & Lucca (Wed, May 6th, 2026)
Today, we head west to the city of Pisa to the iconic Leaning Tower. In the afternoon, continue to the beautiful walled city of Lucca for a walk along its famous Renaissance-era city walls and exploration of its historic center.
Day 5: San Gimignano, Volterra, & Val d’Elsa (Thursday, May 7th,2026)
We set out for San Gimignano, the “Manhattan of the Middle Ages,” where we’ll discover its famous medieval towers that pierce the sky. Later, we trade stone for green as we embark on a refreshing hike through the beautiful river park of Val d’Elsa, connecting with the natural beauty of the landscape. Next, we will spend the rest of our day exploring the ancient Etruscan city, Volterra, renowned for its exquisite alabaster
Day 6: Pienza, Cheese Farm, & Terme ( Friday, May 8th,2026)
The day begins with a visit to Pienza, a Renaissance gem in the heart of the Val d’Orcia Valley.
Pecorino Cheese Farm: Enjoy a fascinating visit to a Pecorino Cheese Farm (subject to Kashrut availability) including a tasting.
If time allows, you may visit the natural Terme (hot spring) before heading back to the villa to prepare for Shabbat.
Day 7 : Shabbat at The Vila Shabbat: A Restful Retreat at the Private Villa(May 9th)
Today we enter the sanctity of Shabbat in our luxurious private Tuscan villa. Forget the travel rush; this is a time for rest, reflection, and togetherness, all anchored by delightful, chef-prepared kosher meals.
Day 8 Final Day: The Cradle of the Renaissance(Sunday May 10th)
Our grand tour culminates in Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. We immerse ourselves in the city’s unparalleled art and architecture, walking the paths of masters. A vital part of our final day is a meaningful visit to the magnificent Great Synagogue and Jewish Museum, connecting with the deep history of the Florentine Jewish community. (overnight in Florence)
Day 9 : ( Monday May 11th )
We say goodbye to beautiful Tuscany, cherishing the memories of its charming towns and stunning landscapes, as we prepare for our early departure back home.
